Constantly calling about a loan application, and debt consolidation even though I told them I am not interested.

started yelling at me when I told him I was not interested. What happened to the "do not call list" no one seems to stop calling. He said he was from USA Savings Center and wanted to know what kind of car do I drive. He knew my name and my zip code. That is not good at all.
