When returning their call an automated message indicates the call came from a commercial entity. The one time there was a person on the line they were selling home security systems. I told them I was not interested ad requested to have my phone number removed from their call list. Since then they have called me at least five times either hanging up when I answer or not leaving a message when I ignore the call.

Got a couple of phone calls from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)
We should all pile on.

I have put this number on my blacklist but am still receiving calls from them. How can I permanently stop getting calls from this number? It is more than a nuisance at this point.
