Same here, diabetic supplies have called my #, numberous times a day. I have never & will never fill out anything related to my heath or wellness online. A man who's name was 'Fred' with a HEAVY middle-eastern accent was the one who called multiple times. Asked how they got my information, told them that was a lie & they need to get their facts straight as I am not a senior nor diabetic. Then he claimed that someone in my household is. Really? It's only me! If you're going to try & scam me, at least have the correct information. After repeated tries to tell them to stop calling as I am registered on the DNC list, they still insist. Received 4 calls in one day from them. Rediculous.

Senior Diabetic Supplies - Said I filled out a form online. Asked to have my number removed several times and still getting calls. Asked to speak to supervisor and they hung up on me.
