calls multiple times and hangs up

I am on the Do Not Call list, they called and when I asked who they were, they hung up on me.

This number calls when I attempt to return the call I receive click and then hangs ups. I am officially reporting this number.

Called x 2 this AM. Mechanical voice started but then cut off. I am on the DNC list. I have reported this number to DNC/FTC.
