Upon answering I was put on hold without speaking to anyone. When I did get to someone she was unclear about the name and didn't want to repeat it for me, I told them I wasn't interested then the lady said "oh okay. " then hung up on me. Rude customer service and couldn't be happier I didn't take their business. Buyer beware.
