I get this phone call everyday between 4 and 5pm. I picked up today and it was a recording saying that they are sorry they missed me, that my account with them has an overdraft; they provided an 866# to call so that I can add funds to the account. When I called the number I got an actual Citibank employee who stated that Citibank never calls about an overdraft. I find it weird that I am getting these calls especially since I do not have a Citibank account. This must be a scam.

Same here, thanks for posting to verify my own suspicions. I've even gone to the bank twice now about it in the past 2 months. Definitely keep ignoring or block it if you can.
Calling from "Citibank" reporting that I had $8 overdrawn in my account, when in fact I have no account with Citibank at all. When I called them back at the number provided they asked for either my card numbers (debit, credit) or my social security number. It's all automated, no people to speak with.
