After a couple of days of these annoying phone calls I looked around and found a way to stop them; call 866-246-7196. Give the caller's phone number and they'll verify if it's on their list and give the receiver's phone number to add to the do not call list. You need to allow 1-2 business days for this process but it was quite effective.
