They can reduce my credit card rates and that it is important to call them.

They said they would lower my credit card rate and it was important to act immediately. It directed me to talk to one of their representatives. When I pressed the button it connected me immediately. I informed the guy I was on the "Do Not Call List" and he hung up without responding.
