I also received a call from this ## i just don't understand who they are????? the scammers

these annoying people are constantly calling me, don't answer when I say hello and don't answer when i call back.

They call my cell phone about ten times per day. When i don't answer, they don't leave any message on my voicemail. When i do answer, i hear faint noise in the background and then the call ends. When i try calling back the phone rings for about one minute and then the call ends. They don't answer, they don't have an answering machine or voicemail. Does anyone know how to report them and make them stop? If you want to try their number is 510-224-2011.
