a man with a heavy accent called stating that he was from a collection agency and that i owed for a payday loan from cashadvance.usa in the ammount of 300 dollars well i just let him know that ive never received a loan from this company and that i was filing bankruptcy and he said ok fine ull have to speak with my superviser i said fine and he put me on hold well next on the line was a lady saying the same thing he did i told her i needed the info that she had and she said well i guess thatll be fine i told her my lawyer would be in touch with her and when i asked for her phone number where she could be reached directly she hung up on me.This is another one of those scams people please dont fall for it ask for a debt validation letter b4 u give them ur info and tell them as soon as u recieve ur letter that u will give them a call back also if they ask for ur address they should already have it on file do not give these people any of ur personal info for they will use it to ruin people.
