A person with a foreign accent called me on the phone at work and told me that I was being sued by a payday loan that I never got. He identified his self as a lawyer when he called. I think this is a scam am I right.
Yes, this is a bunch of scammers. Do not listen just keep hanging up on them. Also file a report with FTC.gov 877-382-4357 if you prefer to call. They call both my work and home numbers claiming I have commited fraud while they are the ones actually commiting fraud. Band together people let's show them Americans are not that easily deceived.
A person with foreign accent keeps calling my phone and work telling me there's a lawsuit against me. So when I started asking them questions they would either not answer or hang up.
caller said I owed payday loan agency money, the agency was bringing charges on me in court, when i wanted to be connected to the agency they could not get me through. The people I owe loan to said they dont know anything about this.
They claim they may have been hacked. One click cash was my bad choice. Will never do again. They are frauds. contact the ftc at www.ftc.gov or 877-382-4357 Let's get the law to work for us.
They call at least twice a day, asking for somebody whose name I've never heard. This has been going on for a while and I've been getting calls from all different kinds of debt collectors asking for this person.
