They say they are from Solamen law firm and supposedly thier address is 141 Directors way Ste 206, Austin TX 78744. At least thats the address they gave. They was calling me daily and now its once a month. It has started back up today. So far a Will Smith, Robert Smith, and Stanley Marshall has called. Told Stanley that I have hired a law firm called Smiths Law Firm and instructed him to call them. Also told him that I knew he was a scammer and I have reported him to the FBI, BBB, FTC, and local authorities. The Stanley guy got really upset and told me to come suck his di##. I started laughing at him and this just upset him even more. Realized he was getting upset so I started laughing harder. Finally the guy says fu## this and hung up on me. I hope they call back now that I know how to really piss them off.

I received 2 voice mails from Sean Patrick stating that a lawsuit was filed again my SSN with the Solomon Law Firm. The second voice mail was from Sean Patrick as well stating that there is a warrant issued for my arrest. I gave them a call and Stanley Smith answered. I asked to speak to Sean Patrick and he asked me whose calling, once I gave him my name he hung up. He called me back stating that we got disconnected and gave me a case number and asked me not to interrupt him. He stated that a law suit was filed against me and my SSN for:
1. Defraud
2. Collectors Check
3. Theft by deception

I right away knew it was a scam and hung up. I called the actual Solomon Law firm - based in Houston. He stated that this is happening to a lot of people. He stated that it is a scam and to just report it and ignore their calls.

caller heavy indian accent and wants me to confirm address and last four of my social. i refuse to give info of any kind and he becomes beligerent,etc.

The guy has a very heavy indian accent and said he is from the law firm of Soloman. And that there is a lawsuit filed against my name. If i don't call them they will proceed with the law suit. He said that a co worker of mine is filing a law suit against me.. The name he mentioned is not familiar at all. This obviously is a scam.
