Young woman's voice, speaking very fast, something about research to identify problems in the state perhaps. Asked if I was over 18, if I could answer questions safely, what country I live in, and in what county.
Got three calls today from this number and they have called before. I don't know the number so I don't answer, but it is starting to get annoying!
Bank Survey. Called three times today. After the first call, I immediately hung up on the others.

she said it was a quick survey, wrong, long drawn out, I told them I was busy and not to call again . hour later called again. told them again not to call . day later 4 more calls from same number.
