Got called today they said nothing atall

When I answered, no responce and then a hang up. Not sure if this has any relation, but we recently bought GE appliances and may be it is their warranty department?

Received call from this number 3/16/16 at 2:45 p.m. Did not answer.

Message stating that James Casten was calling regarding an enforcement action by the United States Treasury. Also said that ignoring it will an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance in front of a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. They never once said my name.
