I have had this number blocked for months on my AT&T call block app, but I finally unblocked it b/c I wanted my Robokiller app to catch it and it did - the recording says it's the Credit Card Health Center. I've never had the same number call me like this for months straight.

This number has been calling me for MONTHS. Since December 2018. Voicemails say it’s the credit card rewards center from Visa MasterCard.
