I have been receiving calls from these people and every time I answer they hang up on me. I finally was able to call them back and I was told they where Student Outreach Solutions and they were looking for an Ashely ***. when they picked up on the call the recording first told me that all calls are recorded and than a person came on the line like an auto dialer. The guy did say that they were not a collection company and gave the web site as studentoutreachsolutions.com.

I received numerous phone calls from this number stating that they were hired by my previous school (Wyotech) to help with my loans. I told them my loans were all scheduled for automatic withdraw and only to call again if I was ever late or missed a payment for some odd reason. They called multiple times afterwords and had no record of getting a hold of me so I told them again. I then get calls every other day leaving no messages and I had figured they were just calling again about the same thing and was getting annoyed. Finally I answered it and they stated that I'm late on one of my loans. I also got a letter in the mail saying I was late on a payment. Called and checked all my loans, no late or missed, they are all up to date and paid. I smell a scam. Going to call Wyotech today and verify if they actually hired them.
