This number belongs to a man in middletown that goes by the name of Doc. Lives on Findly just past the churc. .he is a junkie. He pimps girls out to who ever and uses this as a cover up to let his clients know his lady is ready..so that the wife doesn't suspect anything. and just plays it off as a wrong number.

This number has been calling my phone leaving voice messages to come pick up a prescription which is a lie. I answered today and a machine said the same thing and hung up. I called back but it only rings for a while and sounds busy or disconnected after.
