I keep getting a call from this number too. After reading the comments, I realized I did not make my Macy's Credit Card payment. I'm not even 30 days past due. How dare I miss the payment date. I'm just so awful that a bank like this charges almost 30% interest. God Bless the USA!

started calling today on a phone where I usually don't get scam calls so far called 4 times

Macys Bloomies call is quite annoying. They call, wait for my 4 rings, then hang up. I hope the phone company will delete their numbers, because every time a block a number, another one comes through with the same name. 513-754-9852, 513-573-8038, 727-556-5492

A message comes on saying they are a bank affiliated with Macy's and to hold for an associate. Even if it were legit, you don't call me and put me on hold. If you have something to talk to me about, you have someone on the line. Have blocked them finally. I did check and my Macy's account is fine.
