Called repeatedly indicating they are a bill collecter with old navy. My father has been making payments on his old navy directly to old navy and was on the phone for 10 minutes while the rep argued with him.
Very unprofessional and doesnt seem legit, seems like a scammer. My father requested a bill in writting and refused to give any private information to the rep

this is a collection agency. they called me on sunday july 4th. in my case they represent gap credit card. i forgot about a 48.00 bill.

got some calls from this # when I called back on another line someone answered "Gen-fax Services, how may I direct your call" I can't find anything on the internet about them
