i too just recieved a call from these clowns!!! called my work and my cell phone told me i had gotten a pay day loan states that he didn't know the exacy date of the loan onlt knew the month and the yaer and said that he could not give me exact date of "suppose" loan!! i caleed them back sts i need to be given a call back, they called me keep calling my work this is harrassment!!! have called 4 times now told them not to call here continue to call told them will call police...hung up!! jason called back cussed at me and everthing told him i had him on speaker and that i had witnesses that were hearing him sts he too was recording our conversation told him u r a "suppose" attny and recording and cussing on so called recording started talking bad about my parents sts that my dad was toooo busy to have more kids...my dad is dead!!!! told me i had a sibling with the last name holmes i am an ONLY child!!! very very rude SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

I get phone calls all the time now. 518-328-8176 a middle estern guy. claims to be attorney james cox. He's very rude. said if my daurghter dont return his call he going to sue me and than said good luck. they call everyday starting at 7am... They also called saying they have a approved car loan and want to know what make and model and year car I want them to deliver to me. also these people call saying they are a online school offer. My daurghter tried to get a bank loan with out me knowing and she gave them all her info. she never received the money. this james cox said if she don't pay right now he going to sue her. For what? She never got anything! now they are making charges against her bank account. she getting lots of charges. one of the charges is from mongocard for 99.95....... no telling what these people are going to do now.... she gave them all her personel info...ss# address, bank account info, age, phone number....really stupid!!! I tell her all the time don't put your info on the internet ! now look what happen. ID scame. I know my spelling is bad and I have bad gramer. but I hope this info will help someone else.

I have been getting repeated calls on a daily basis from this number saying his name is Clay and they will arrest me on Monday if I don't pay them. They have my social security number, my account number, date of birth and so forth, however they say the relatives to me are not even people I have ever known. They have said if I don't pay, they will serve me papers on Monday and the local police will then take me to CA where I will then see a judge. They are relentless and will not quit until you give in. I am not giving in and am reporting them to every law enforcement agency I can. Be careful!

I received a call from a man named Jason, who also called my work and left a voicemail. He had all of my personal information and stated that I took out a pay day loan, which I have all of my bank statements to prove that I did not. He had a very thick accent and when I told him that I would call the police to report a complaint, he told me to go right ahead. Also, when I explained to him that I have every bank statement that proves that I did not get a pay day loan he said that he would have to call me back. This is such a scam.

I had a phone call by the name of Brian Johnson from Pierce Law Group they threatened me and stated I need to provide them information and fax all my act information if I didn't do this I would be arrested if anyone has got this name and number please hit me back quickly.
