Calls Often, Never Leaves A Message?

I got call from this number 12:20 pm on jan 6 2010, not anyone speaking anything then hang up. I tried call back many times to find out but there's busy signals all the time.

Getting unsolicited calls from 518-512-9229, got to the prompt to remove me from their calling list and pressed the needed digit, but they keep calling.
