Actually, the name of the company according to Number Guru is National Income. I erroneously called it First Financial for some reason. Supposedly they're out of Schenectady, NY.

Repeatedly calls at various hours and does not leave a message. Call back to the number advises it belongs to some company named First Financial and of course, no one seems to be available to take your call.
