said he was "James Capsan" from the US treasury and I was in serious trouble with the IRS and he was to enforce action against me with a "magistrate judge for a criminal offense". BIG SCAM do not fall for this it is a BIG LIE!. These idiots pray on the elderly and try to scare you into giving out your personal information so they can Scam you.They will drain your bank account if you are dumb enough to fall for their crap.Too bad our government does nothing to these scammers and lets our elderly live in fear of the creeps.This is a new york number and is a known scam.
