It is a pre-reorded message from "Tiffany" or "Rachel" for Credit Card Services...when I hit "1" to get a "live" person asking to be removed from their listing they hang up on me. I then block their number and within a day or two receive the same phone call on another number. I do not have a history of all the calls but I do have their phone numbers.

The pre-recorded message says that it is an urgent call concerning my current credit card. This is false and misleading. It is actually a marketing call to open new credit card services.

lowering credit card debt. I pressed "1" to speak to a "friendly" customer service representative and told him it was an unlawful call and was promptly hung up on. I've attempted to speak with supervisors on other calls in the past and gotten the same prompt response.

If I want to lower my interest rate on credit cards. This calls has been coming on my phone for months. I work at night and it wakes me up everyday. I have ask them not to call my home all the time. They ignore my request.

I spoke to them once, caller claimed 2work 4 my credit card company. Were phishing 4 my CC numbers by supplying partial info to get me to fill in rest. I also called credit card company to report.
