Number is apparently a landline located in Woodland, CA
and allocated to Allegiance Telecom or something like that.
It's a recording, claiming they have new information about "your provider
service"........sorry, but if "my provider" has changes, they will notify
me personally, AND announce that they are who they say they are. :)
So annoying!
