Call 1: 1-530-419-2193 February 8, 2012. 6:38 pm. Man identified himself as Kevin, thick Middle Eastern accent. He was hard to understand. I asked him to clarify what he was saying, he became agitated an asked me if I understood English.
Call 2: 1-530-419-2193 February 8, 2012 6:39 p.m., same voice, I asked for Supervisor. I was put on hold for a long time.
Call 3: 1-530-419-2193 February 8, 2012 6:41 p.m., same man answered phone. I asked for Kevin Foster or Mark Robinson, the names I found in posts complaining about these calls. I was put on hold for less than a minute, the same voice answered the phone and identified himself as Kevin, I asked what type of company it was he said it was a law office, Brooks & Associates. I asked for address, he told me 1432 Hoffman Lane, Campbell, CA 95008. He spelled the street name for me. I looked up address on web this is the results for exact physical address. THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN CALLING MY UNCLE ON HIS CELL AND WORK. MY UNCLE WAS NERVOUS BECAUSE HE WAS TOLD A SHERIFF WAS BEING SENT OUT TO ARREST HIM FOR NOT PAYING BACK A CASH ADVANCEMENT,(THAT HE NEVER TOOK) HE WAS TOLD IT WAS A LAWFIRM. I CALLED THE NUMBER TO GET SOME INFO, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED HAD A HEAVY ACCENT AND I COULD NOT MAKE OUT THE NAME OF THE AGENCY. I ASKED THE AGENT TO REPEAT THE NAME AND HE MUMBLED SOMETHING THAT COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD. I THEN ASKED HIM TO SPELL THE NAME, HE ASKED IF I SPOKE ENGLISH, I TOLD HIM "YES I DO,YOU DO NOT SPEAK CLEARLY" HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME.TOTAL SCAM!

Just received a call from this phone number. Said I owed $395.25 and I had loans out there.....which is not true. Do not believe this!!!!! This is a SCAM!!!!! They are trying to get money for you! They said if I did not pay .....they were going to arrest me and take me to jail!!!!!! WHAT A BUNCH O @#$%^& !!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!!!
