I just received another 7 attempted phone calls from this no. again, I listened to 6, and on the seventh, answered. in a heavey arabic voice, he asked for a manager, I asked what this message was for, he said a legal matter. I said I needed more information, he could not tell me who or why he was calling or give his name. At the same time I googled the phone # and saw it was the scammer person. I then told him immeadiately his name and phone have been reported to the FOC and General Attorny's office because he is a scammer. He hung up..
I am reporting this again.

I Just got a call from them i didn't answer but listened to to voice sounded fishy so i goggled and found this now im reporting it

Some Indian man with a heavy accent, using an American name,alex Parker, saying he was from ALS and that there was a legal action asgainst my SS# and that it was in my best interest to call them back or else. When i did call them back they could not tell me what they wanted and told me they would call me back in 5 mins. (this was on a Friday evening) well he did not call back, but he did start calling my phone at 7am on a Saturday morning.So i contacted my attorney and played the message for her and she said do not verify or give them any personal information over the phone that this is a SCAM....

These people are constantly calling and now they are harrassing old neighbors and friends and saying they are a legal service and they have a lawsuit for fraud against my husband and I know this is untrue ...This has got to stop who do you report this too? He is Indian voiced

Don't put up with any crap from them. They are running an international fraud, identity theft and extortion ring.

Here's what you do: call them back at that number - OVER and over again! Block your number, then call them up and curse them out, insult their ancestors, mothers, and do anything else that will get under their skin. And then rinse and repeat.....and repeat........and repeat........and show no mercy.

I had one of them practically crying for me to stop calling, but did I stop? No way! And I won't stop until they stop harassing me and my fellow citizens, and not one moment before.

Not only will you feel better, but think: if they are getting thousands of calls like that daily, think of how it would affect their little criminal enterprise.

These foreigners have been calling my cell phone for 4months leaving message this message is for ?????? this is Frank Johnson and Frank Smith this is a time sensitive message I have been ignoring the calls for months well, Im on vacation this week and decided to call back, this guy answers the phone "American Legal Services" obvious mistake puts someone else on reads an affidavid blah blah blah I owe $1285 they are sending info to credit bureaus contacting my employer blah blah I asked him the company name who is in question "Cash Advance" when did this take place? Why do I have to tell you when it took place and started yelling at me so I kepy my cool and said "OK I have an attorney and I will have him call you" the guy asked me to have my attorney fax them a statement on letter head that he is my attorney would'nt even give his fax number told me to have my attorney call,I hung up and called back they now answer the phone with their fake names not ALS they can tell who is calling by your cell number the lady put me on hold came back and said isnt this ?????? you need to have your lawyer call back and hung up on me......

This number call my elderly mother and threatened her. When I called and inquired as to the business they said they were American Legal Service. I asked where they were located and they hung up on me. I called back three times and the third was cussed at.

hese people called my employment cusing my manager out and myself they told my manager she was not the manager. read some affadavied to me had some info correct but most was incorrect accusig me of having a payday loan i offered to send a copy from my bank noterized that no one has put money in my account accept my employer they hung up on me. then called back again refused to tell me who was suing me or who they were or the name of there attorney. I work for the state. they called my jop 18 times on thanksgiving day.

THEY TRYED TO THREATON ME BUT I TURNED IT AROUND ON THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ARABS. I WARNED THEM THAT I WOULD FLY PLANES INTO THEIR BUILDINGS AND THEY CURSED ME OUT AND LET THE "F' WORD FLY. I LOVED IT!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM BACK ALMOST HOURLY HARRASSING THEM RELENTLOUSLY. THY CALLED MY FAMILY AND GOT SMART WITH THEM FIRST. THEY DID NOT REALIZE THAT THEY STARTED A WAR WITH THE MOST DEVIOUS BILL DODGER GOD EVER CREATED. GOT GO I MUST CALL THEM AGAIN!!! HA HA HA

they keep calling my cell and my workplace threatening me with jail and telling me that I have better have a lawyer, if I do not cooperate with them they wish me goos luck. They do not leave any info who they are or where did they get all they know about me: my name, 4 last digits of ss# and address. I am in despair!!!
