They call to lower my interest then when I say stop calling me they hang up and call a week later

Called me today with the same message as Anonymous who posted at 10:52am. I dialed "1" to speak with a representative. When the representative answered, I stated that I did not want to receive these calls and to remove my number from their list. He responded in a thick accent and the only word that I could make out was bitch before he hung up.

Sara calling from Consumer Services to let me know about my credit card accounts. There is no problem with my account, but I qualify for special programs to reduce or eliminate my interest rates and balances.

This is an identity scam. They want your account information so they can bled you dry.
