2-13-17 received call on a landline.. did not pick up call. no msg left. seems as if high confidence this is a scam/ telemarketing and i see Wells Fargo is involved. says a lot about the bank - not pleasant either

WELLS FARGO MERCHANT SERVICES / Unknown Name - Called 1/24/17 9:42am. They also called 2/22/16 from this number, and 3/15/15 from 561-807-0977 - so calling just under once a year. A woman asked for business owner by first name. I asked who was calling, she said Sophie with Wells Fargo Bank. I asked what it was regarding, she said credit card processing. I said don’t call again and hung up - but they ALWAYS call again.

Caller is 561-807-0978 Boca Raton FL, when I answer gift shop, other end is very quiet but no hang up so I ask "Do you try to scam?" then I hang up

He wouldn't hang up his end of the phone and I blew an air horn on his end, he finally hung up, if they call back that is exactly what I'll do again.

CREDIT CARD SCAM

They called my office from 561-807-0978 but in this instance the were not using a land line but a cell phone. They kept breaking up so I could not understand what they were asking. I kept repeating they were breaking up and after relaying this message to them numerous times they hung up.

Called 11-9-2016. When she claimed she was calling from First National Bank, I called her a liar and told her that if she were a legitimate business, my caller ID wouldn't have shown a non-business number. She started to justify her phone number, and I hung up on her.

Called today asking for one of our owners. I initially thought he was not in, and relayed that. The caller then said "if this is his work hours, why is he not there? Where is he?" I indicated that I was not at liberty to release that information, but that I would be happy to go to the other side of the building to see if he had slipped in, however despite my repeated attempts, she would not tell me who she was or where she was calling from. I finally asked her to stop calling here, at which time she said "don't you know that I can have your job terminated?"

I then relayed the situation to my CFO, who took the call, and was also not successful in finding out who the caller was. She finally asked her not to call again and hung up on her.

I don't know if this person was a telemarketer or not, however they really need to evaluate this person, and their calling practices.

Repeated calls during my busy day when I am trying to wait on my customers. Have asked them to take me off their list but the calls continue.
