Called and asked to speak with my wife. Said he's calling from "Education Atlas", about her education and that it's "confidential". I asked if this is a marketing call, he said: "I'm not selling anything", but still refused to tell me the nature of the call. Said he'll try to get in touch with her in other ways.

I have been receiving numerous calls, sometimes 2-3 calls per day, from this number.

Calls and pretends to be The College Fund, then changes story asking for personal info. Once you ask them any questions they hang up. The caller is working from a script. I've reported them to authorities.
