An unwanted call from this Bellflower VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
An unwanted call from a strikingly similar Bellflower VOIP number -- (562) 286-2459 -- was received the other day, also in violation of the Do Not Call law, and with the same result. Are these Bellflower predators one and the same? Inquiring minds want to know!
