Wanted cc info to lower rates

received call today concerning "My Credit Card" pressed 1 to be connected, a guy that spoke very poor English was on the phone said he could lower my intrest rate proceeds to ask verification questions like " it shows you pay over 12% and It shows your balance as over $3,500" I stoped him there and asked are you with my Credit Card or trying to give me one. Guess he didn't want to answer that becuse he hung up on me, Seems like a Scam I wouldn't give any information to these guys

Automated Call about lowering interest rates on credit cards

Automated call at first that there is a problem your credit card and they can lower your interest rates. Instructed to push 1 so I did to humour the call. An gentleman from India came on the line and did not speak very clear english, even by concentrating with my eyes closed (it really helps you concentrate as I had several Indian college professors). After a few lines of info I asked him which credit card he was calling about and he said they credit card in your name. Again I said which one. He said "Your Chase credit card." I said I don't have one and he immediately hung-up. Seems like a scam to me. Beware!
