November 1st, received identical payday loan scam with offer to receive $900. I, too, am on DNC registry, and am no filing complaint with FCC.
Just read on other sites that it seems to be affecting Verizon Wireless customers...which I am.
Anyone not have Verizon and affected by this?
Just got a text for a pay day loan. Not sure where they even got my number. I am also on the Do Not Call list for my home and cell phone. I replied with unsubscribe but don't know if that will help.
