Calling me and yelling at me and cussing at me. These people are very rude and non professional people. If we owe a dept I am happy to pay for it but I do not have to me yelled at and cussed at over the phone when first of all it is not even my debt.

I found the easiest way to get rid of their calls is to simply change your phone number and make it unlisted. If you do that never give out your new number to anyone outside of your friends and associates. I also got a Google Voice account to use for everything else, you can view it here:(https://www.google.com/voice). Google voice also lets you easily block phone numbers and lets you make outgoing calls from your cell phone with the Google Voice number displayed as the caller id... Works for me.
