I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY STATING THAT I OWED THEM MONEY FOR A CHECK AND THAT THEY WERE PROSECUTING ME. I HAVE NEVER CASHED A CHECK WITH THEM AND WANT TO KNOW WHA I NEED TO DO.THE CALLER DIDNT GIVE A NAME AND WHEN I TOLD HER MY IDENITY HAD BEEN STOLE SHE HUNG UP ON ME.I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND CANT GET AN ANSWER.

Called today and stated that a loan was taken out by me and not repaid. He demanded that I pay this immediately. I never took out a loan, but did look into one. The amounts were wrong, no money every hit my account, and the timing was off. They tried to shame me by saying that they will contact family, employers, etc....if I do not take care of this immediately. Told them to go ahead and try to take action. THIS IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!!!!

leaves weird voicemails

A man with foreign accent left a message on my vmail that I supposedly took a payday loan recently and never paid it back. They are claiming to sue me, but provide no more relevant info about the case or payday loan. I am not afraid of them as I took no loan and can prove it. I contacted my attorney. Beware!
