I got these calls for a week then saw a helpful comment for a do not call service at 866-246-7196. I spoke to someone there and they said they provide this service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I gave them the caller's phone number and they verified to be on their list then they added my receiving phone number to they do not call list.
