Here's a copy/paste of a comment that helped me to stop the calls for a phone number calling with just the last digit different; I got these calls a week then saw a helpful comment for a do not call service at 866-246-7196. I spoke to someone there and they said they provide this service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I gave them the caller's phone number and they verified to be on their list then they added my receiving phone number to they do not call list.

beware this caller .. imho, this is part of a identity theft ring based on the questions they asked ... i went along for the ride for a bit, and they began to ask typical identity theft questions .. be very careful .. they only want a couple of pieces, but then another caller wants other pieces, etc. be very careful
