called my number again even though I reported them previously, same old creeps! Do not call registry will not prevent these calls because they technically are offering a new service per a new law not an advertised product. these people are lower than cockroaches as my refusing to answer, blocking their numbers hasn't prevented the calls... they just rotate to new area codes and phone numbers.

Scam is to get the Zip Code first and then say that they need to verify that one account is in good standing with a balance of $4k or more. The then ask for the card number and / or the expiration date. Finally they ask for the card number. Most of the time they will ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number. Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc. Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. This is the second time in 8 days that I've gotten this robocall from this particular phone number. Last time, it was "Rachel at Card Holder Services." I reached a human agent and demanded that they never call me again and informed her they are in violated of federal law and that I could sue them for $1500 per infraction. This time, it was "Ann with Account Services." I waited on hold for 5 minutes while classical music played in the background. Then, the music stopped, replaced by silence and occasional pops or static. I told them, again, never to call this number.
