Have been getting calls from this number 603-589-7558 (NCO) a debt collector, for months, started out a couple calls a day, but now calls run 10-12 calls a day or more, 7 days a week. I think they feel that they are the Judge and Jury and the Executioner in their dealings with people. They do have a legal right to collect a debt but now they are in the abusive area and may warrant legal action to be taken against them.The person they are after does owe a SMALL debt but due to problems beyond their control is presently unable pay off the debt. Unable to reason with them as their outlook seems to be "Kill Everyone and Take No Prisioners". Was hoping they would let up alittle on their calls but are getting worst. But unable to wait much longer and will have to seem legal help.
