They phoned me a few times in the past with the same crap about being a collection call for ICBC or Insurance Corp. of British Columbia. Since I didn't owe them any money for insurance or traffic violations, I confirmed it was not from them or on their behalf. Found out it was the Indo Canadian Business Chamber back east and they may have a branch here in B.C. Heard they do that sort of thing if they want to bug you for some reason or upset your life.

604-296-6795 Calls every day at odd hours, read on a different site that they are a collection agency but I don't owe any money. All my bills etc are up to date .
