Hi this is Genevieve calling from Telus about your recent phone bill call me at 3103427 to discuss. Some one not knowing this is a scam might get hooked into actually calling back worried something is wrong with their bill. This dummy didn't bother to give an area code or did she count on call display and the Internet. Back off Telus this is exactly why I deal with Shaw and Rogers.

Had the same thing as others. I answered the call, said hello, no one was there. Hung up and tried calling the number and got the same results as everyone else... I'm not that fussed as usually I'm not home when they call. Next time I will wait the seven seconds for a response, and leave them on the line while I go do something else.

Repeated calls to bth my phone, and my spouses phone. She answered once, and the guy tried to sell her a new plan. She declined, he changed her plan anyways. We spent 2 hours on the phone trying to UNDO the mess he made. Really not a fan of Telus at all.

Since they never leave messages anyways, I just save them as a contact, then set my smartphone to decline and block the caller automatically. Never get annoyed by them again after doing that.

Telus just keeps calling us even though we have told them not to. I can't believe these guys think that this is OK, or that it will bring them business. There should be more then a no call list to deal with this sort of harassment, they will never get our business again.

This phone number has been calling almost everyday since I cancelled Telus phone service two years ago. This is definitely Telus marketing tatic and want me to go back to them and get away from shaw cable.
I told them don't wast their time to call, but still calling especially at night during dinner time.
I don't how I can block this number or add the don't call list nation wide?

Same story for us. Calls every night with no one on the other end. When I called Telus to complain they said they couldn't identify the department, but that it was one of their numbers. No matter for us now. The number has been blocked.

I keep receiving telephone calls from Telus no. 1-250-310-2255. Many of the times there is no one there. I return the call and am advised that the call cannot be connected as dialed. I checked this number on line and found many many people have this same problem with Telus. I want these calls stopped now. I have no interest in your company or any of your services. I am very happy with all the services I recceive from home phone, cell, internet and tv.

It is TELUS. I am a Shaw, and Rogers customer as well. I was getting a few calls and some "hang-up" callers on my machine as well for a while now. I have requested to be taken off their (TELUS) marketing list several times since January, but the calls keep 'a coming.
Recently, the calls have multiplied to SEVERAL CALLS PER DAY!!

I spent about 20 minutes getting through the maze of recordings, spoke once to a human, got hung up on, and called back again.

I was directed to Telus' "Privacy Agent" @ 310-1000 push option #1.

Apparently, my phone number & several requests to be removed from the list never made it up the ranks. It happens.
She said TWO business days for me to be removed. We will see; here's hopin
