First Premier Card Collection Dept, who is calling because your bill is late or behind on pymts. They could also be calling because your # was given as a reference# for someone who currently has a card with them and are trying to get in touch with the card holder to collect pymt from that person. I was contacted because a person gave my name & # as a reference, Premier was trying to get a hold of a person who hasn't paid their bill.
