Received a fax from this caller, number is 1-646-836-9042, demanding to send a fax to this number. They are trying to collect your personal infomation.

Just got a call from this number on 4/29/15 at 3pm on my work phone ( I work at a law firm). It popped up as "pay phone" and was an automated voice saying that this "is your final notice, you are being sued by the IRS". Scam call, don't answer.

Called today, 3/27/2015, said IRS was suing us, to call them immediately, we do not answer these calls, let the answering machine pick them up. What a scam! don't know why they would call us, we are old and haven't filed for years. No money!

Caller ID labeled the number as Pay Phone so I knew it was a scam. This was the second call number saying they were from the IRS. This was a final notice or they would be filing a lawsuit against me. The message also said to call a new number 209-813-0138...yeah right...I don't think so. I'm so tired of all these spam calls.

Called and claimed that I'm being sued by the IRS. It was a bot on my voicemail.

IRS is suing me and I need to call them back. These a**holes scared me! I just had a baby 1 week ago, and my husband is away, and they call me stressing me out with this bullshit. Until I google the number and see this site. I hate mean people! I would never stress someone out just to make money. Sad the world has come to this.

Got a call from 607-397-8255 saying it was IRS and this was the final time trying to contact me before they sued me ! I was to call a (207) number and give them all my info.

They called at 7:22am. That is OBNOXIOUS. I plan to file complaints with the FTC and my congress people cuz I CANNOT stand it if these scofflaws are going to start getting me out of bed with their foolishness. What will it take to put some teeth into the do-no-call list?

SCAM/FRAUD
Called me first on 11-13-14 from 512-453-9341 in Austin, TX and said "Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially the final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit agaisnt you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediatly on our department number, 202-821-4201. I repeat, 202-821-4201. Thank you."
I did not call them back.

They called me again the next day on 11-14-14 from a different number 607-397-8255 in NY and left the same message.

It is a scam. They claim your computer is infected with a virus and ask for credit card to pay for them to fix it or ask for remote access so that they can download a virus and steal personal information.
