Another nuisance call to deal with .. just add it to the mound of unwanted calls one receives each day .. there should be a law against it. A phone is of necessity, for our own personal use that WE PAY FOR OUT OF OUR POCKETS AND NOT THEIRS. It's not for outsiders to use to profit on your time time and pocketbook. They should all go and find a real job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller said they were from Capital one. Wanted to lower my interest rate but the offer was only good if I took advantage today. They wanted my SSN. I hung up on them and called the number back. It would not go through. I called Capital One. They said it was a scam (as I already knew).

Just got a call from this phone number and let it go to voice mail and the message said it could reduce my interest rate on my credit card. Clearly this is a phishing call because I don't have any open credit cards, plus it didn't say what company either.
