The number is a VOIP through CLEC, LLC and is associated with a telemarketing firm, based in Allentown, New Jersey. The automated call relates to some kind Rewards Program that you may or may not have signed up for online.

calls and hangs up as soon as you answer or calls and rings twice. finally called them back and got a gift card offer from an automated voice that says they got my number from a website I visited? Um no. gives an option to be put on their do not call list but they still call!
