This number said to press 1 to lower my interst rate. Someone answered and said he was calling about my Chase visa. I said I do not have one. He said your Capitol One, Bank of America visa. I said "You are calling from my bank?" Who is this?" He started talking to a coworker in a language other than Enlsih and then said "Hang up mam I do not want to talk to you.' SCAM!!! when I return the call, number is not in service.
