I sign up for a 1.000 walmart gift card they called me saying that my card wil be coming next week it never came

Said he had a gift card he wanted to send me because I had filled out a survey, I told him this was a scam and he needed to remove my number. He immediately hung up on me. The same number called back again and I returned the call via my home phone and he simply answered hello. I said I missed a call from the number and he said oh you must have called from a number we didn't call, I want to send you a gift card, please call me back from the number I just called. I said no, I want you to stop calling me, this is a scam and he again hung up on me. He never said what company I supposedly did a survey for (I never give my cell number), nor who the gift card was for etc.
