Calls desk phone at work and hangs up after 2-3 seconds. No message. Call back to the number revealed a message for a free publication. I work at a hospital so this is not a surprise.
Called my cell 5 times today and every time left a 1-2 second empty voicemail. Maybe it's an automated dialer
