Just recieved a call, thick Indian accent, stating that I owe money and I would be arrested if I didn't take care of the funds.. I know for a fact I don't owe any loans. As soon as I said I was reporting the call, they hung up on me..

Said the attorney's name was Danny J Baxter, I looked it up and they are using an Atty who lives in Nashville, TN

I just got a call from these people. I told them to provide proof that I "stole" money from a loan place and the guy hung up on me. It is a total scam and they are only trying to get money from innocent people. They can't threaten to have the police come to your job anyway...that's not legal.

He is stating if you dont pay they are going arrest you tomorrow if he calls you report to your local law enforcment agency once I told him I was law enforcment he changed the story and hung up.

2 Foreign individuals threatening I would be arrested for so called unpaid loans, which I never received, had my personal information, and work contact.
