Missed call, no message

I have been getting calls from this number for 3 weeks. I pressed 2 to be taken off the call list 2 weeks ago. and was told by the automated line that i would be taken off in 24 hours
still getting calls though...
called the number back 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be taken off again...

i spoke to an agent and within 5 seconds of explaining the issue was hung up on
